Learning Goal: I’m working on a health & medical discussion question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.Arbitration is a legal option for two parties to resolve a dispute

adhere.Mediation, on the other hand, is where the parties in dispute meet
with a mutually selected third party to resolve their differences
together out of court.Please compare and contrast these two legal methods of resolving a
dispute. Share your ideas on the benefits and disadvantages of each.Finally, imagine a dispute in a health care setting that might
require legal resolution. Share this scenario and decide which type of
resolution, arbitration or mediation, you feel would best help all
parties solve the issue and why.
