• 500-600 words long
• Topic: Human Rights: The UN Framework on Business and Human Rights: A Workers’ Rights Critique
• Your task is to
a. Analyze it critically. Seize on a central concept, claim, or argument from the piece, reconstruct it to the best of your ability,
b. raise at least one critical question about it. This question might concern:
 something you think is empirically missing from the analysis;
 a conceptual limitation you have identified in the analytic framework being utilized; the broader implications of the argument or claim defended by the author;
 a case study that either illustrates or problematizes the claim being made; or
 a possible connection between it and another idea we have discussed in the course.
• Your paper must do the work of both reconstruction and critical/reflective questioning in order for it to a chance at earning full credit.
• Free to use your format of preference (MLA/APA etc)
• Required: quoting text
• Include citations
VERY IMPORTANT: articulate your ideas. The paper must have a critical aspect. Remember it is a reflection paper.
